OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL

a selection of available west coast cocktail oysters, opened to order and served with ‘Hog Wash’ (shallot mignonette), lemon wedges, and Tabasco.

 

Tray passed hors d’oeuvres

SPICY CRAB CAKES, BACON REMOULADE

local Dungeness crab meat mixed with minced celery and leeks, herbs, cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, and chiles, and served with a bacon caper flavored sauce

MAKI SUSHI ROLLS & HAMACHI ROLLS

vegetarian maki and yellowtail sushi rolls served with wasabi, soy sauce, and pickled ginger

ARTICHOKE HEARTS IN PHYLLO

savory pastries of artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and garlic, wrapped in a flaky phyllo dough.

Rosemary rubbed lamb marinated in pomegranate juice, with onions and garlic, served with roasted Japanese eggplant, and herbed mashed  potatoes

served with sautéed pea sprouts, julienned zucchini, and red bell pepper sauce.

3. PORCINI RAVIOLI WITH MYER LEMON BEURRE BLANC

housemade oval ravioli with a mushroom filling
